Saudi-China Business Council Meets

The upcoming Saudi-China Business Council meeting in Beijing is expected to help increase trade and investment between the two parties. Abdullah Al-Mobty, Chairman of the Council, states business talks will coincide with the visit and notes bilateral business talks will focus on collaboration in various areas, including the Silk Road Economic Belt. The trade volume between China and Saudi Arabia totalled US$42.36 billion last year – an 18% YoY drop.
