More US Companies See Revenue Growth

While more US companies reported revenue growth in their China operations during H1 2017, many remain concerned that business policies and regulations favor Chinese organizations. A report conducted by the American Chamber of Commerce found that 73.5% of the 426 surveyed companies experienced revenue growth in 2016, up from 61% in 2015. They believe, though, that this trend is due mainly to improved economic stability rather than changes in business regulations. “These increases reflect a return to previous trends after a particularly poor 2015, not a meaningful improvement in business conditions,” notes the Chamber of Commerce.
